Based on more traditional forms of life coaching, instead of analysing the unconscious mind like EI, the ABC approach focuses more on what is already on your conscious state of awareness.
Using mindfulness to gain self-insight and acceptance, we audit your values and priorities to help you empower yourself through accountability, responsibility and commitment. We then support you in setting big goals to unlock your genius and build (thinking) habits whilst reflecting on what is working and what is not in your life. We then trigger consistency in those habits by challenging comfort and pushing personal boundaries, before helping you to perform mastery in whatever dream you have chosen to pursue.
The goal here is for you to analyse your life and understand where certain triggers and potential traumas come from. This helps you to first formulate a clear intention for the retreat, and then integrate the sacred medicinal ceremonies.
In order to understand your level of awareness, the impact certain experiences have had in your life, and your limitations, we use different techniques such as specific journal prompts and focused contemplation, breathwork exercises, mindfulness techniques, and 1:1 weekly coaching sessions.
