In 2020, Ammy started her journey with plant medicines, sitting in ceremonies and working in retreats. That led her to deepen her own healing journey and grow the passion about supporting and assisting other people on their journeys.

Ammy is now trained in medical screening and safety around Ayahuasca.

After her journey to the Amazon and living with the Yawanawa tribe in Brazil, she was also trained in holding space and assisting during ceremonies.

Ammy is also passionate about yoga, biohacking, spirituality and music.
