Eva Oliva

Spanish Chef

Following her passion for food, Eva acquired her Masters in Health and Nutrition after studying Human Nutrition and Dietetics at The University of Lleida, Spain.

Since 2013, Eva has been working as the head chef of a traditional Catalan vegetarian restaurant. In addition to this position, she has also worked in a vegan restaurant, as well as two other restaurants based on traditional Spanish cuisine.

Since 2016, Eva has also led a variety of workshops and classes about the different types of cuisine Spain has to offer. In both her cuisine and lessons, Eva focuses on holistic health and how different ingredients affect our bodies in a positive or negative way. 

We have found that the simplest way to approach the ayahuasca diet is to eat a light and generally vegan diet. Therefore, given her expertise, we are very lucky to have Eva in charge of our retreats’ kitchen taking care of us all.
